Why Memorize the Bible?

Bible memorization is vitally important for Christians. In fact, memorizing Scripture is critical for spiritual growth and avoiding sin. The Word of God is powerful because it is literally “God-breathed” from the mind of the Holy Spirit and is meant to be at the forefront of a Christian’s thoughts.

Which verses?

Where do I start? Which verses should I start to memorize? There are so many great verses in the Bible it can be overwhelming to figure out which ones should be memorized. We will help!

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
